CITADINES has recently unveiled its very first serviced apartment in the Visayas region in the heart of Cebu City, located at the Base Line Center along Juana Osmeña St.

Present at the launch to lead the ribbon cutting ceremony was Daniel Wee, The Ascott Limited Philippines country general manager; Casey Faylona, The Ascott Limited director of sales and marketing; Susan Salcedo, The Ascott Limited city manager; Nanette Moreno, The Ascott Limited residence manager; Jose Soberano III, Cebu Landmasters Inc. chairman, president and chief executive officer; Jose Franco Soberano, Cebu Landmasters Inc.’s director, EVP and chief executive officer; Mathias Bergundthal, CLI Premier Hotels Inc. director of assets; and Jason Hyatt, The Abaca Group founder.

Elevating Cebu’s skyline, this modern, stylish and comfortable serviced apartment in collaboration with Cebu Landmasters Inc. has a total of 180 serviced residences, with the choice of a studio queen, studio twin, one- bedroom suite and one-bedroom loft. The suites come with a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet connectivity, a home entertainment system, telephone with IDD, individually controlled air conditioning and a built-in washer/dryer in some units.

Creating a Cebuano touch, its accessories and decor are mainly Cebuano-inspired, giving tenants the impression that they truly are in the heart of Cebu. Prominent features include an oversized artistic map of Cebu sprawled across the lobby. Other pieces around the establishment fitted on every floor are created by Cebuano artists Kenneth Cobonpue, Bobby Lagdameo and Inky Livie.
