Sunnexdesk

AFTER having survived a crisis caused by the pandemic, Mezzo Hotel continues to live by its 2020 thrust of systematization.

Guided by its commitment to excellence, Mezzo Hotel earned a recommendation to be awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification on Oct. 20, 2020, an internationally recognized standard ensuring continuous improvement.

Mezzo Hotel’s decision to complete the accreditation demonstrates its determination to constantly seek ways to improve its services. To become certified, Mezzo Hotel underwent an extensive company-wide audit both virtually and on-site.

To be certified means to ensure that customer requirements are met through an effective quality management system, which is what the brand strives to uphold.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), based in Geneva, Switzerland, develops internationally accepted standards. These standards are one of the most rigorous yet well-recognized.

After receiving the ISO certification through TÜV Rheinland, Mezzo Hotel brings a new dimension of luxury with a relentless focus on quality.

This would not have been possible without the dedicated associates of Mezzo, who worked persistently to bring the company toward one common goal of outdoing itself.
