THE much-anticipated Cebu Grand Chamber Awards lavishly concluded the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI)’s impressive event, the 30-day Cebu Business Month (CBM), now attracting quite a number of up-and-coming entrepreneurs!

Basking proudly in CBM’s dazzling limelight were CCCI president Virgilio Espeleta and his angels: Lilu Aliño, CBM 2019 chairperson; Melita Ramos, Fellowship Night chairperson; and CBM division head Maribel Melgar.

Top Award was received by Steve Benitez, president of Bo’s Coffee as Entrepreneur of the Year. Other recipients of exemplary Individual Awards were Paul Revalde; Efren Uy, who received the Grand Chamber Award of Distinction and William Cunado of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Enter: the glittering ladies who were not left behind: Mariquita S. Yeung, Silvia “Bunny” Ludo-Alcordo and Melissa Ann Lim-Young. With such a glamorous set of awardees, shouldn’t the evening’s entertainment be as equally fabulous?

Ah! This time, it was Maestro Ryan Cayabyab’s singers that energized and electrified the prominent audience, that applauded lustily.
