2 students sideswiped, driver at large after fleeing

STUDENTS coming from a research at a coffee shop along Mango Avenue in uptown Cebu City turned to the police for assistance as they were sideswiped while walking on their way home to Barangay Cogon Central Ramos around 3 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

At least two of the three students fell on the pavement after being hit by a motorcycle rider, who remains unidentified.

The victims and the suspect agreed to meet at the Abella Police Station 2 to settle the matter but the latter did not show up.

The said driver is now at large for his hit-and-run offense. (BBT, TPT)
