AZKALS Development Team (ADT) and Mendiola FC 1991 face off Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, for the final slot in the semifinals of the Philippines Football League (PFL) Copa Paulino Alcantara at the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Training Center in Carmona, Cavite.

The winner of the final Group B match takes on Stallion Laguna FC in the semifinals.

ADT and Mendiola FC are both winless in the tournament after losing to highly favored Kaya FC-Iloilo.

ADT lost to Kaya FC, 2-0, on Nov. 7, 2021, while Mendiola FC suffered a 6-0 beating also against Kaya FC.

ADT features some of the most promising young talents in the Philippines — the likes of Jarvey Gayoso, Quincy Kammeraad, Marcel Ouano, Yrick Gallantes, Oliver Bias, Christian Rontini and Oskari Kekkonen.

On the other hand, Mendiola FC has the likes of Jim Ashley Flores, Jesse Semblante, Aaron Altiche, Jose Miguel Clarino, South Korean Kim Minsu, Iranian Hamed Hajimahdi, Ivorian Hosni Dosso and Ghanaian Daniel Ashley.

In the meantime, Kaya FC Iloilo faces Dynamic Herb Cebu FC in the other semifinal match.
