THE Cebu City Health Department (CHD) recorded 10 new coronavirus infections on May 24, 2020.

The CHD also announced two recoveries from Barangays Ermita and T. Padilla.

The 10 new Covid-19 cases were recorded from Cebu City Jail (one); Barangays T. Padilla (one); St. Paul, Hipodromo (one); Luz (two); Yellow Bells, Kalunasan (one); Tres de Abril (one); Missionary, Suba (one); Kasagingan, Mabolo (one); while there is one case with an unverified address.

With the new cases, Cebu City now has 1,869 Covid-19 positive patients with 23 mortalities and 118 laboratory-negative. (JJL)
