TWO men, including another village official became victims of a shooting incident Wednesday afternoon, October 10, at P. Burgos St. in Mandaue City.

The barangay official was identified as Edgar Bihag a first councilor of Barangay Cubacub in Mandaue City. Another victim was identified as Lando Dega.
