Free bus rides continue during Sinulog

THE Cebu City Government's free bus rides in IT Park will continue to operate for the entire duration of the Sinulog activities.

Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña announced on Facebook that call center agents and other night shift workers need not worry about transportation during Sinulog.

He noted that during the Sinulog festivities, most call center agents have to work since most companies follow different time schedules, including different holidays.

"We understand that your jobs must continue as usual, so the shuttle schedule will remain unchanged," Osmeña wrote.

The transportation plan is the City’s response to the murder of a 37-year-old call center agent after trying to fight off robbers in Mabolo.
