Sunnexdesk

MOTORISTS headed for Logarta St. in Barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City endured heavy traffic on Panagdait Road in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City on Thursday morning, Feb. 7. One lane leading to the flyover in Subangdaku was closed to traffic due to repairs.

Glenn Antigua, the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (Team) chief, said the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 7 was implementing a concreting project after it discovered holes on the old asphalt road.

Work started Wednesday night, Feb. 6. Antigua said the DPWH promised to finish the project in one day, but motorists may have to endure heavy traffic on Friday, Feb. 8, if the agency encountered problems.

Four Team enforcers were deployed in the area to guide the motorists. (From FMD of Superbalita Cebu, KAL)
