THE University of Cebu (UC) and its College of Technological Sciences recently launched its nature advocacy project dubbed “sTREEwardship.”

The project’s main goal is to promote Cebu as a mango and guyabano capital in the Philippines.

Students from the National Service Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Service from all UC campuses and UC president Augusto W. Go are spearheading the “sTREEwardship” project.

Go, a lawyer, was inspired by his travels in the Philippines, making him realize that the country, including Cebu, has the best tasting fruits.
