Tell It to SunStar: Duty of the priests

THE priests today failed miserably in their duty to teach the truth. Instead, they became instruments of Satan’s deception and hypocrisy. Jesus refused to worship Satan. But the priests, instead of prohibiting the people from worshipping Satan, encouraged it. I’ll just let the Bible speak for itself. In Mathew 4:8-10, it said:

Then the devil took Jesus to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in all their greatness. “All this I will give you,” the Devil said, “if you kneel down and worship me.”

Then Jesus answered, “Go away, Satan! The scriptures says, “Worship the Lord your God and serve only him!”

Satan tempted Jesus to worship and idolize him. Jesus refused and instead lectured him about the scriptures. Since according to the priests, they are Jesus’ representatives, they should also lecture the people against idolatry.

It is mandated in the 10 Commandments that only God should be worshipped and no one shall bow to any image. Inspired and encouraged by the priests, among others, are the worship of an image of a “Chinese boy whom they call Baby Jesus or Sto. Niño; a black statue whom they call Black Nazarene; and of course, the crucified image of Jesus.”

All these images are tools of Satan so that people would succumb to idolatry. The priests are ignorant of their duty. If they cannot perform their duty correctly, they better leave the priesthood.

“It is the duty of the priests to teach the true knowledge of God.” (Malachi: 2:7)
