Tell it to SunStar: True measure of success

Chito Germino, Paknaan, Mandaue City

ME people say that if they have amassed so much wealth, they consider themselves successful. On my part, I consider myself successful because I spent for the education of my children, who became self-reliant. They are the real wealth of their parents.

In aiming for so much wealth and comfort, I admit that I am a failure.

So I turned my attention to a more important kind of success. I want to be successful in my advocacy for the truth. So many people are living in fraud, deceipt and hypocrisy. They don’t know the True Religion, True God and true teachings of Jesus. They don’t even know the Ten Commandments of God.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. He said, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” This prediction of Jesus over 2,000 years ago, remains unfulfilled today. Because there are a lot of people wallowing in false beliefs and religions. The more truth I can spread, the more successful I am.
