KJ CATARAJA along with some of the best promising prospects from the ALA Gym see action on Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, in the ALA on Tour’s PMI Pride 6 at the PMI Colleges-Taloto Campus in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Cataraja, ranked No. 10 in the World Boxing Organization (WBO), keeps himself busy in a 10-round fight against battle-scarred veteran Crison Omayao.

After winning the WBO Youth super flyweight belt with a convincing unanimous decision win over Victor Hugo Reyes late in 2018, the 24-year-old Cataraja just saw action once this year. He stopped Delfin De Asis in a single round in what was another activity fight. Cataraja is 10-0 with eight knockouts, while Omayao is 24-20-5 with eight knockouts. The other ALA Gym prospects that are fighting in the card are Christian Bacolod, Fil-Japanese Go Hosaka and Regie Suganob. (EKA)
