ADONES Aguelo squares off with former World Boxing Council (WBC) International Silver super featherweight champion Eden Sonosona for the Philippine Boxing Federation lightweight belt in the “Battle of the Ring Gladiators III - Double Championships” on Oct. 16, 2019 at the Calbayog City Sports Center in Calbayog City.

The 31-year-old Aguelo, who fights out of the Flores Boxing Gym in Cebu, has won two of his last four fights. Once a promising prospect, Sonsona has been on a losing slump.

Aguelo js 32-20-2 with 22 knockouts, while Sonsona is 36-10-2 with 13 knockouts. (EKA)
