Cebuano giant June Mar Fajardo leads the cast of PBA players who have been called up to join the Gilas Pilipinas pool for the fourth window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian qualifiers.

A list consisting of 24 players was released by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas on Tuesday night as the build-up for matches against Lebanon and Saudi Arabia later this month continues.

Most of the players on this list come from the PBA. Also added were Japeth Aguilar, Scottie Thompson, and Arvie Tolentino from Ginebra, Robert Bolick and Jamie Malonzo from NorthPort, and free agent wingman Roosevelt Adams.

The other pros in the pool are NLEX’s Kevin Alas and Calvin Oftana, and Magnolia’s Jio Jalalon and Ian Sangalang. The rest of the pool is composed of numerous B.League players such as Kiefer Ravena, Thirdy Ravena, Dwight Ramos, and Bobby Ray Parks. Collegiate aces Carl Tamayo, Kevin Quiambao, and Francis Lopez round out the pool along with naturalized player Jordan Clarkson of the Utah Jazz.

Gilas will head to Beirut to take on Lebanon before heading home to host Saudi Arabia at the Mall of Asia Arena.
