Harbor Pilot, composed of alumni players from Southwestern University (SWU) and a player from University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R), finished the tournament with an undefeated record.

Harbor Pilot, which was led by former Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) MVP Therese Rae Ramas, showed experience in the first set with a seven-point win, 25-18.
