Premium services at Yamaha Motorhub

THE kind of service one receives from a motorshop has evolved throughout the years.

Once does not simply come in to either purchase a bike or spare parts or have their bikes checked or fixed. Nowadays, we have premium motorshops that have an added value beyond sales, spare parts, and services.

One of those premium motorshops is the Yamaha Motorhub in Ulas, Davao City. This branch of Motorhub Corporation, a Tagum City-based firm, offers motorcycle sales, spare parts, and services (3S). However, they are beyond that as they are also a big bike shop and offer different amenities to their clients.

"We are the only Yamaha big bike shop in Southern Mindanao and the biggest in the whole Philippines," said Benjie Magdayo, branch manager of the Yamaha Motorhub in Ulas.

He said they are also selling apparels and accessories for bikers aside from the spare parts and the motorcycles.

However, what really stands out for Yamaha Motorhub is the amenities and premium service that they offer to their clients.

"We have amenities that can be availed by bikers and their clubs like a meeting room," Magdayo said.

He said they also have a lounge on the second floor with a play area for kids and a billiards table. This is part of their efforts to make the shop more family oriented.

There is also a coffee shop inside the Yamaha Motorhub called Cafe 83. Here their customers can enjoy a cup of coffee or a filling meal.

Magdayo said being a premium motorshop is beyond having the word "premium" to describe it.

"We at Yamaha Motorhub want to ensure that our customers receive premium and quality service," he said.

One of their service commitments to their clients is ensuring that they provide their service on time with their time committed service.

"When we tell our clients that the service will be within 30 minutes, it will be before or within that time frame," Magdayo said.

He said their premium services and amenities can be enjoyed by all their clients.

On top of their promise of providing quality services and products, Motorhub Corporation also ensures that it is giving back to the community through its corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Magdayo said in August, they will have a fund raising activity with a bikers club for the benefit of the children of the House of Hope.

Another activity that they will be holding with Yamaha Philippines is the Tour De Rev, where the tourism sites of Davao Region will be showcased. The Tour de Rev is slated on July 27 to 29, 2018.

The Yamaha Motorhub is a clear statement that the services being offered by motorshops have evolved as it offers premium services and amenities.
