SunStar Davao, Metro Shuttle Bus partner to widen circulation

AS part of the effort of Sunstar Davao Publishing Inc. to widen its coverage to more areas in Davao Region, Sunstar Davao signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Davao Metro Shuttle Bus, Inc.

Representing Sunstar Davao is its Business Manager, Donna C. Cuyos, while Chief Executive Officer Emerald Lim-Uy represented Davao Metro Shuttle Bus Inc. during the signing.

The MOA signing was conducted on the morning of September 23, Friday, at the head office of Davao Metro Shuttle Bus, Inc. at Apokon Road in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

With the memorandum, Superbalita Davao and Sunstar Davao will be delivered earlier in areas covered by the bus company.

One of the main goals of Sunstar Davao Publishing. Inc is that aside from its social media platforms, the people will know and be informed of the latest issues, and happenings in their surroundings, and will be guided through the sister newspaper.

Meanwhile, Sunstar Davao Editor-in-Chief expressed his gratitude to the bus company for allowing them to be their partner in reaching out to far areas of the region, especially those areas where access to the right information and internet connectivity are limited.

"SunStar Davao hopes to provide residents in the region with the latest stories of its communities. This partnership with Metro Shuttle Bus, Inc. will allow us to reach more people in Davao Region, particularly in areas where access to news can be limited," Lumawag said.

He added that by widening of its circulation, Sunstar Davao will be able to touch lives and give voice to more individuals.
