A MARRIED woman and her lover were arrested after they were caught together inside a motel in Davao City on Monday, February 18.

A report from the San Pedro Police said Lino, not his real name, alleged that his wife Jade, not her real name, has committed adultery. Lino, 39, went to the police around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

He said he saw his wife and Ace, not his real name, getting a room at the D’Morvie Suites along San Pedro Street, Davao City.

Lino and the police proceeded to D’Morvie. When Lino knocked at Room 314, his wife opened the door.

Police found Ace, 31, without his pants. The lovers were immediately arrested.

The woman is now facing a case for violating the Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code or adultery. (Erika B. Ramos, UM Intern)
