New ambassador to Kuwait named

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has named Philippine diplomat Mohd Noordin Lomondot as ambassador to Kuwait.

Lomondot's appointment paper was signed by Duterte on Tuesday, September 17.

Prior to his new appoinment, Lomondot served as the Charge d'affaires of the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait.
