Work, classes in Manila City suspended for Black Nazarene procession

THE Manila City Government has suspended work and classes in the city on January 9, 2020 for the feast day and annual procession of the Black Nazarene.

Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso issued Executive Order 2, series of 2020, which states that class suspension will be for all levels in all universities, colleges and schools in Manila City, while work suspension will be limited to all departments, offices and bureaus of the City Government.
