WITH the expected influx of tourists for the Holy Week and the summer break, Baguio City Councilor Elmer Datuin reminded tourists to observe the clean and green policy of the Summer Capital.

"We would like to remind our tourists coming to Baguio City who will spend their summer vacation to observe the clean and green policy of the city," said the committee on tourism chairperson.

“Huwag sanang matulad noong big event natin last Panagbenga Festival where we saw many garbage from our visitors," Datuin added.

Datuin is seeking the cooperation of tourists to helping Baguio City maintain cleanliness.

Datuin added the city has line – up several activities for the upcoming Summer Vacation in Baguio starting this month.

"We would like to invite you to come to Baguio and enjoy the different activities. Baguio is still the coolest city in the entire country," said Datuin.

Religious activities marking the Lenten season ushered in the calendar of events and more will be held over the three-month spread as mounted by the ecumenical and inter-faith groups in the city.
