CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga - A couple suspected to be drug personalities was found dead in their house at Savannah Greenplains Subdivision, Barangay Cuayan, Angeles City on Thursday.

Senior Superintendent Enrico Vargas, Angeles City police officer-in-Charge, identified the fatalities as Asis Pumbaya, 27, and his wife Normalia, 29.

Vargas said police personnel proceeded to the area after Armando Lubong, security head of Savannah Greenplains, reported that there was continuous flow of water coming out from the victims’ house.

He said the responding policemen opened the bathroom door of the victims’ house and found the Pumbaya couple dead.

The hands of Asis were tied up and had a visible wound on his face while Normalia’s face was covered with a towel, Vargas said.

Police recovered five spent shells and three deformed slugs from a caliber .9mm pistol, three lighters, four cut aluminum foil strips with possible drug residue, one scissor and a long nose pliers.
