Crown Regency enlists Palafox for resort

CROWN Regency Hotels and Resorts and the Palafox Architecture Group Inc. on Tuesday signed a contract to develop the Crown Regency Lagoon Resort and Waterpark, which will be located in Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol.

The resort, which occupies three hectares is expected be completed by 2020.

They are planning to construct 400 rooms.

Hitesh Sampat, group general manager for Cebu Properties, said they chose Bohol because aside from its popularity, it has also become a premiere destination for tourists.

Present at the signing were assistant VP for operations Michael Acaso, Sampat, Palafox director and operations architect Michael de Castro and the contract manager architect Jun Leonard Bernal, Crown Regency chief operating officer Susan King Bernardo, and Palafox Group founder Felino Palafox Jr. (Liza Marie Caube, USJ-R Intern)
