A 37-year-old dispatcher of public utility vehicles was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Barangay Lamac, Consolacion last Saturday afternoon. Police identified the fatality as Rhenan Herrera, who succumbed to seven gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, where he died. Investigators believed that the killer was mad at the victim. Last month, Herrera was arrested after he threw stones at a jeepney driver who only gave him P1. (KAL)
