CUBACUB, Mandaue City Barangay Captain Almario Bihag apologized to the two women whom he had allegedly pointed a gun during a gathering in November last year.

Bihag, however, insisted that he was not armed when he arrived at the Multi-Sectoral Governance Coalition elections last Nov. 25. He maintained his earlier claim that it was just a handheld radio.

Rolita Balane and Winnie Sicad, who filed the administrative complaints against Bihag, reportedly accepted the latter’s apology but they set a few conditions before they would agree to an amicable settlement.
