ILOILO City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilong has instructed three officials in the city to conduct an investigation on the reported sex scandal involving his executive assistant and a staff.

Mabilog asked City Administrator Norlito Bautista, legal officer Dan Dinopol, and Chief of the Human Resource officer Leo Elevencione to handle the issue.

In his statement, Mabilog said “to give due process as required by the civil service law, we would appreciate for anybody who witnessed or provide evidence on the alleged sexcapade that happened inside city hall as we do not want to unjustly crucify a person because of unrequited love or political grudges.”

Bautista said the mayor calls on witnesses to testify and provide proof of the alleged sexual tryst that erupted last week.
