A NEWLY opened lending firm is offering loans to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), salaried employees and teachers at a low interest rate of 2.5 percent.

SanHecBro Lending Inc. offers salary, business and personal loans and aims to help out individuals in immediate need of cash through a legitimate system under certain requirements.

Hector Sanchez, a US-based member of the SanHecBro board, said the loan requirements are not stringent as SanHecBro puts premium on the lender’s payment capacity.

SanHecBro is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

It holds business office at the OCS Lending Annex Building on C. Padilla and R. Padilla Streets in Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City. (PR)
