A new congressional headquarter of Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña was opened at Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City Tuesday.

Osmeña, Bando Pundok-Osmena Kauswagan (BOPK) south district congressional bet, said that he is prompting his campaigns to lead over his political opponent, Jonathan Guardo.

"I will never be absent in any public discussions or meetings," Osmena said in vernacular.

Osmena said that he will make-up with his campaign against his close rival, "di gyud ko mukompyansa ni Guardo."

Meanwhile, Guardo earlier admitted that Osmeña as his opponent will require him to double his campaign efforts and added that going against the BOPK machinery is “an uphill battle.” (Rachelle Sindo/Sunnex)
