A NOBLE undertaking of Kabankalan City Police Station dubbed "Adopt-a-School" project was further strengthened after local policemen visited the NSCA Elementary School and gave school supplies to pupils.

Kabankalan City Police Station chief Calixto Mabugat said that more or less 100 pupils in Grades 1 to 3 benefited from their latest project in relation to the 15th Police Community Relations Month celebration of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The outreach program made by the local PNP last July 7 at Sitio Lukay in Barangay Camingawan proved to be a successful endeavor as seen in the eyes of pupils of the said school.

Mabugat said that since they started adopting the program for their impact project in Kabankalan City, the extension campus have added Grades 2 and 3 classes from just a Grade 1 class years back.

Two additional classrooms have also been added to the NSCA Elementary School extension campus through the strong support of the local government unit under former city mayor Pedro Zayco, with the help of the local police.
