POLITICS. President Benigno Aquino told Sen. Grace Poe to be prepared just in case LP chooses her to be its standard-bearer for 2016 polls.

ADVISORY. Heavy traffic is expected in Cebu City on Friday, June 12, due to Independence Day activities.

POPULATION. In Cebu Province and the cities of Cebu and Lapu-Lapu, the projected increase of population from 2010 to 2015 is around 544,000 persons.
