WELCOME. Cebuano businessman Peter Lim welcomed yesterday a task force’s finding that there wasn’t enough evidence to bring him and Kerwin Espinosa to court on charges that they conspired to sell illegal drugs.

REGULATE. The Consultative Committee (Con-Com) created by President Rodrigo Duterte to review the 1987 Constitution has decided to regulate, not ban, political dynasties.

POSTPONE (AGAIN). The House committee on suffrage and electoral reforms has decided to postpone again the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections to October 8, 2018.
