MANILA -- Outgoing President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday evening delivered her farewell speech in Malacanang.

She again congratulated President-elect Beningo "Noynoy" Aquino III and Vice President-elect Jejomar Binay.

Arroyo in her short farewell speech, reiterated that she is leaving a stronger nation. She also made mention of the gains of her administration.
