Casa Moda by Mich Viray: A decade of elegant wear and quality service

Charlene A. Cayabyab

CASA Moda traces back its humble beginnings in 2010 when Mich Viray was a budding designer.

Juggling responsibilities as a businesswoman, wife, and mother, she studied fashion design at a prestigious school in Manila.

When she started designing gowns and suits, she had five staff.

Ten years later, Casa Moda by Mich Viray has established its name in Pampanga and Central Luzon as one of the most sought-after designers for couture gowns, suits and other formal wear.

Viray has been known for her elegant, classy and timeless wedding gown creations.

In 2018, Casa Moda launched ready-to-wear (RTW) formal pieces.

"We take pride in providing our clients high-quality clothing pieces, and our top-notch customer service," Viray shared.

Viray's staff has also doubled from to six to now 14 hardworking staff.

When the pandemic forced the events industry to a pause, Viray started making high-quality face masks, isolation suits, and other personal protective equipment (PPEs).

Through Casa Moda, Viray has donated her PPE creations to local front liners and to less privileged individuals.

"At Casa Moda, we continue to create clothing pieces that not only makes the wearer look good, but boost his or her confidence, as well," Viray shared.

Viray has launched Casa Moda statement shirts early this month. She is set to launch a collection of suits for women early December.
