Agri office hosts workshop for programs under QRF

THE Department of Agriculture (DA), through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service, conducted the First Quarter Assessment Cum Workshop for Programs, Projects, and Activities funded under Quick Response Fund (QRF) and National Risk Reduction and Management Fund (NDRRMF).

The workshops were held on Wednesday, May 18, at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic, Zambales.

Representatives from the Regional Field Offices of DA, Bureau of Plant Industry, Bureau of Animal Industry, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Philippine Coconut Authority, and Philippine Fiber Development Authority attended and participated in the said event, which will end on Friday, May 20, 2022.

Presentation of the Departments Calamity Fund Expenditure and Physical Accomplishments, Guidelines and Protocols for Pest Management, Animal Diseases, Fisheries – Damage and Losses, Coconut – Damage and Losses, Abaca – Damage and Losses, and Cost of Production for all commodities were discussed and reported during the first and second day.
