Covid cases among Central Luzon cops rise to 463

THE number of Covid-19 cases among the personnel of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in Central Luzon nears 500, a report said.

Based on the report of the PRO-Central Luzon Health Service Office, the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases were at 463, as of Saturday, March 13, 2021.

On the same day alone, 16 new cases were reported by the said office, making the total number of active cases at 44.

Meanwhile, 419 policemen have already recovered from the said disease and no death related to the virus have been recorded yet.

PRO-Central Luzon Director Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon stressed the importance of health and well-being of policemen to ensure that they can perform their duties.

The office recently launched the "One Time, Big Time Activities Under New Normal," which included 100-percent risk-based testing/reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction test, among other health benefits for all PRO-Central Luzon personnel.
