A TOTAL of 291 new cops have completed their Basic International Security Operations Course (Bisoc) training.

Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon, Police Regional Central Luzon director, said the training aims to equip the neophytes with necessary skills and knowledge, particularly in insurgency operations.

He said Bisoc graduates will be assigned to the Regional Mobile Force Battalion-Central Visayas in line with President Rodrigo Duterte's Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole of Nation Approach to End Local Armed Conflict.

The graduation was held on Friday at the Parade Ground of Gil Puyat Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone, with Congressman Charlie Cojuangco of the first district of Tarlac as the guest of honor and speaker. (Ric Sapnu)
