Over 6,000 residents in Macabebe fully vaxxed against Covid-19

OVER 6,000 residents from Macabebe town in Pampanga are now fully-vaccinated against coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Based on the Local Vaccination Operation Center's (LVOC) August 25, 2021 data, 6,508 individuals have received their complete immunization against the virus.

Meanwhile, 6,372 residents are just waiting for their second dose.

In total, the LVOC has already administered 12,880 doses of vaccines since the start of rollout.

This is equivalent to giving protection to some 16 percent of the town's total population which is at around 78,000, according to the 2020 census.
