CITY OF SAN FERNANDO The city government here is offering cash rewards to anyone who can locate the suspect in the killing of Barangay Sto. Rosario Chairman Jesus Liang.

Mayor Vilma Caluag announced that 100,000 reward will be given to the person who can provide any information that would lead to the arrest of the gunman.

The move is part of Caluag’s promise to provide quick resolution on the death of the public official.

Liang was shot dead while walking along the City Market Plaza on December 27.

Caluag also directed the city police to conduct a thorough investigation on the case and bring justice to Liang’s family.
