Pampanga active Covid-19 cases now at 211

THE number of active coronavirus cases in Pampanga has now reached a total of 211 active cases according to the official tracker of the Department of Health (DOH).

As of July 3, Sunday, some 27 new active cases were recorded all over the province. Of the active 170 cases, 164 are from Pampanga while 47 are from Angeles City. In the last 14 days alone, 187 cases have been recorded in Pampanga with another 56 cases coming from Angeles City.

The number of coronavirus-related deaths has not increased for several months from the recorded 1,856 recorded deaths. Of the total number of deaths, 1,543 were from Pampanga while 313 were from Angeles City.

Bed occupancy in the 45 health facilities in Pampanga is now at 4.4 percent which is slightly higher than in previous months. The latest data shows that of the 704 available beds in Pampanga, some 31 beds are currently occupied with 673 remaining vacant.
