Rabies orientations held in Guagua town

THE Department of Agriculture (DA) conducted a seminar on rabies awareness as well as orientations on Integrated Laboratory Division (ILD) Services and Gender and Development (GAD) in barangay Guagua recently.

The event was held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the municipal building. It was attended by barangay volunteers and officers of the Municipal Agriculture Office.

The topics discussed were about ILD Services and Status of Rabies Program Update, Antimicrobial and Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Rabies disease, food safety and Feed Chemical Analysis Laboratory services, Biological Control Agents and Services, law related to GAD, and Support Services from DA.

The said seminar imparted knowledge and awareness to the participants regarding the basic aspects of health, governance, and agriculture.
