San Fernando police nab 3 in drug buy-bust

ELEMENTS of the City of San Fernando Police Station led by Police Lieutenant Colonel John Clark arrested three suspects on Sunday, January 10, 2021, in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay San Isidro, City of San Fernando.

Police reports identified the suspects as Ariel Rivera and Mark Benson, both of Barangay Quebiawan, and one Emie Ana Pitel from Barangay Dolores.

Confiscated from the suspects were 27 pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (including subject of sale) weighing approximately 29.56 grams with an estimated street value of P201,008.

Also retrieved from the suspects was the marked money, along with two cellular phones, one .38 caliber pistol with no serial number and loaded with three live ammunition.

The suspects are now under the custody of the City of San Fernando Police Station, while the suspected illegal drugs will be brought to the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory for examination.
