WANTING to continue the programs and projects he and his council cascaded and are still implementing for his barrio mates, City of San Fernando Barangay Calulut chief Angel Wijangco said he is batting for a third and last term in office.

Wijangco, president of the Association of Barangay Captains and an ex-officio city councilor, recently filed his certificate of candidacy at the city Commission on Elections office in the City of San Fernando.

“I and my team want to continue serving our constituents with good programs and projects that are beneficial to them and for the continuous progress and overall sustainability of Barangay Calulut,” he told SunStar Pampanga.

In Wijangco’s “Team Malinis at Tapat Manungkulan” are barangay kagawads Gilbert “Betang” Vergara, Elmer Vergara, Jim “Lily” Capil, Jimmy “Jim” Dela Cruz, Norberto “Bebet” Gopez, Gener “Tyago” Henson and Alberto “Bert” Galang.

“Our battlecry has always been for the continuity of programs and projects that will boost development of our barangay and make it more dynamic, economically, socially and environmentally sustainable through quality, transparent and credible service,” said Wijangco. (JTD)
