SM CITY Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown partnered with Toy Kingdom with a shared a common goal through the SM Cares Bears of Joy Project. This is an annual share-a-bear event that aims to make less fortunate kids feel the joy of Christmas.

For only P200, a customer can buy a pair of toy bears, where one goes to the customer and the other is left for donation to charity.

All collected toy bears will be donated by the mall to their chosen beneficiary, in the communities where SM operates. The beneficiaries range from public orphanages, child community centers or related non-government organizations.

Every year, these toy bears go to the chosen beneficiary mostly those who are abandoned kids, and kids with special needs. The impact of giving and receiving can be contagious as it generally create a sense of belongingness and companionship.
