South African national found dead

CAMP OLIVAS -- A South African national was found dead in a garage on Clark Avenue, Barangay Anunas, Angeles City on Friday, August 9.

Police identified the victim as Ruben Piley, 53.

Reports indicated that a friend, James Siegel, an American national, went to the garage area and saw Piley's body.

Siegel reported the incident to Angeles CityPolice Station 4 in Barangay Balibago.

Investigators saw the victim lying dead, with his face down on the floor.

They also found four empty bottles of Ginebra and five empty cigarettes packs.

The victim was allegedly addicted to cigarette and liquor. (Ric Sapnu)
