“If you talk about highways, mao mani gipasabot ni RD Caindec because he is looking after our safety and right now diha lang ta mo-react kon naa nay nadisgrasya which is I am also very thankful of our good regional director,” padayag ni Garganera.

“I am appealing to a good director that this time in pandemic and people have difficulty in riding the public transport, the scooter helps a lot. We are just appealing for a leniency and I sumbit that highways are not suitable for scooter.”

(PAC)
