Kini ang pahayag ni Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia atol sa press conference sa Kapitolyo, Huwebes, Hulyo 9.

“We are waiting for the guidelines actually so that this maybe faithfully implemented in the province of Cebu which is under MGCQ and in the City of Talisay, the town of Minglanilla and Consolacion under GCQ,” matod ni Garcia.

Kini human nga gipahibalo ni Secretary Eduardo Año sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) nga mahimo na nga makaangkas sa motorsiklo basta bana ug asawa.

Hunyo 4, 2020, nibarog si Garcia sa iyang desisyon ug paghangyo sa Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) labot sa backriding.

Dali usab kining gibabagan ni DILG Undersecretary Epimaco Densing III nga mahimong pasakaan og kaso si Garcia kon mosupak kini sa guidelines sa buhatan nga dili tugotan ang pag-angkas.

Gisundan usab kini sa pagdili ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte sa maong hangyo.

Malipayon si Garcia nga sa uwahing desisyon, nahatagan og tingog ang mga pamilya nga motorsiklo lang ang mahimong masakyan.

“This has been really the cry of so many kay so many households nga the only means of transportation nila ang motorcycle. I am very happy that this has finally been considered by the IATF and by DILG through Secretary Eduardo Año,” matod ni Garcia.

Ang motorsiklo o habalhabal giisip nga usa sa mga importante nga transportasyon sa mga kalungsoran ug syudad ingon man sa mga bukiran nga bahin sa probinsya sa Sugbo.(ANV)
