Ang biktima giila nga si Arnulfo Cadungog, 57 anyos, manghod ni barangay konsehal Jingjing Cadungog.

Siya team leader sa Probe nga nag-demolish sa mga panimay sa sitio Silangan, Barangay Tinago, syudad sa Sugbo.

Upat ka wa mailhing mga lalake ang giingong nipusil lang Cadungog tumong sa dughan ug ubos sa iyang apapangig.
