2 most wanted persons nabbed in Zamboanga del Sur

LAWMEN have arrested in a law enforcement operation two of the most wanted persons in Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur, the police reported Wednesday, September 30.

Police Captain Edwin Duco, Police Regional Office (PRO)-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested most wanted persons as Mosnain Maon Lumabo, 36, and Gianda Agao Ambol, 31.

Duco said Lumabo was arrested in a law enforcement operation around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in Sitio Baca in Guiniculalay village, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.

Duco said Lumabo is the number four most wanted person in Dinas and has standing warrants of arrest for the crimes of murder and frustrated murder.

The court has not recommended bail on Lumabo's murder case while a P24,000 bail has been set on the latter's frustrated murder case.

Duco said Ambol was arrested also in a law enforcement operation around 12:35 p.m. Tuesday in Purok 7 in Nian village, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.

He said Ambol is the number five most wanted person in Dinas and has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder.

The two were placed under the temporary custody of the police in Dinas for proper disposition, Duco added. (SunStar Zamboanga)
