This is how Bacoleña Charlotte May Juplo, who was trained on shooting at the Numerical Impact Recoil Gun Club Range in Sta. Fe Resort, Barangay Granada, Bacolod City, described the sport.

It helps boost one’s self-confidence, improves one’s competitiveness, precision, accuracy and speed.

She indulged in the sport of shooting as it brings her great fun and excellent exercise while teaching her discipline and sharpens her memory.

The fulfillment that she gets out of it makes her happy, she said.

“Shooting has been my stress reliever and the range is really my go to place,” she also said, adding that target shooting is both for pleasure and recreation.

“We enjoy every shot especially when we hit our targets. It is like getting favorable results,” Juplo added.

That’s why she always encourages every woman to learn the basics of shooting which will teach them to be safe and gain self-confidence in protecting themselves and their loved ones.

Although it is definitely a man’s game, women can have it as well as part of their hobbies, Juplo emphasized.

Saying that shooting is something that they should try, Juplo encourage everyone to be indulged in this kind of activity that would stir physical, mental, and social benefits.

She said that when she has time, she gets into shooting sports to relieve her from the pressures of life. It is worth re-energizing one's physical and mental alertness through sports shooting.
